At a glance: £250 Welcome Bonus | 37x Wagering | 96.3% RTP | 1,840 Games
The Verdict
try casperbets Casino presents a mixed bag for new players when it comes to promotions. While the offerings can be enticing, there are notable drawbacks. Let’s break it down further.
The Good
- Generous Welcome Bonus: New players can claim a £250 welcome bonus, which is a solid entry point. However, remember the 37x wagering requirement before cashing out.
- Variety of Promotions: Beyond the welcome bonus, Casperbets runs regular promotions including reload bonuses and free spins, which can enhance your bankroll.
- Leaderboards: Compete in monthly tournaments with cash prizes. For example, the October leaderboard offers £5,000, split among the top 50 players.
The Bad
- High Wagering Requirements: While the welcome bonus is appealing, the 37x wagering requirement can be tough to clear, especially on slots with lower RTP.
- Withdrawal Delays: I found that withdrawals took about 31 hours on average. It’s not the worst, but it could be quicker, especially compared to some competitors.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit to qualify for bonuses is £20, which may deter some casual players.
The Ugly
Despite its strengths, there are some aspects that could really use improvement.
- Limited Game Variety: With roughly 1,840 games available, Casperbets lacks the extensive library of some larger casinos. This may not be an issue for casual players, but serious gamers might find it lacking.
- Terms and Conditions: Promotions often come with complex terms that can confuse new players. For instance, specific games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements, making it harder to keep track.
- Customer Support: While generally responsive, I encountered delays that lasted longer than expected—up to 48 hours for email responses.
